At China Accessories Kik, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully:
- Exchange Only: We offer exchange only. No refunds will be provided for returned shoes.
- Exchange Window: Customers may exchange unworn, unused, and clean shoes within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required for all exchanges.
- Condition of Items: The shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Shoes that show signs of wear, damage, use, or are not clean will not be eligible for exchange.
- Discounted Items: Discounted shoes are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Warranty: Please note that shoes do not come with any kind of warranty.
- Online Exchanges: For online purchases, customers wanting to exchange shoes can either visit our showroom (if applicable) or send the shoes to our address for exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for online exchanges. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item to be sent back to you (one-time exchange only).
- Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day exchange window with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
